Founder Charlie Estes started in residential construction, building homes from foundation to finish and developing a deep respect for craftsmanship and structural integrity. Working in the field every day gave him a true understanding of what quality looks like — not just on the surface, but behind the walls and in the details most people never see.

He later expanded into commercial and residential remodeling, managing projects of all sizes and complexities. There, he sharpened his expertise in building systems, project coordination, timelines, and the precision it takes to deliver consistent, high-level results.

In addition to leading the company, Charlie is a licensed Realtor and works alongside a multifamily real estate broker, giving him a unique perspective on property value, asset protection, and long-term investment strategy. That experience shapes how we operate today — we don’t just maintain properties, we protect investments.
